Welcome to the Moonshot Assistant Chatbot (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1. Who We Are

 Moonshot Associates (星图智荟) is a business‐consulting and digital‐platform solutions provider focused on SME/financial-services clients in ASEAN. The Chatbot is deployed via our website for engagement and lead-generation purposes.


2. Scope of the Service

 We provide the Chatbot as an automated conversational tool to answer your questions and help connect you with Moonshot’s services. The Service is provided for informational and engagement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice (such as business strategy, HR, legal, tax, or financial advice).


3. Your Use - Acceptable Conduct

 You agree that you will use the Service in a lawful, ethical and respectful manner. Specifically:

  • You will not submit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy or rights.
  • You will not upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • You will not provide false or misleading information.
  • You will not use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual-property or other rights.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate or misuse the Chatbot.


4. Data, Privacy & Transcripts

  • By using the Service, you consent to us collecting and storing your chat transcripts and any input you provide via the Chatbot. We may use this data to improve the Service, analyse engagement, and for our internal business development, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Please do not input highly sensitive personal data (such as full national ID numbers, bank account details, full payment-card numbers, health records) via the Chatbot. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no system is perfectly secure—your use is at your own risk.
  • We may retain transcripts for as long as we deem necessary (or as required by law). Deletion or retrieval of specific transcripts is subject to our normal data-handling policies.


5. Availability & Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-available service.
  • We do not warrant that responses will be accurate, complete, up-to-date, or tailored to your particular circumstances. You should not rely solely on the Chatbot for decisions.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied or statutory) including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability or non-infringement.
  • Under no circumstances shall Moonshot, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or reliance on it.


6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Moonshot Associates, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, content, design, interface, branding) are owned by Moonshot or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in compliance with these Terms. You shall not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.


8. Changes to the Service and Terms

  • We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may revise these Terms at our discretion (e.g., to reflect changes in technology, regulation or our business model). We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising under these Terms.


10. General

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Moonshot regarding the Service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
  • No waiver of any right by Moonshot shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative.
